This 2 bedrooms apartment is ideally located at 25 mts from the beach. It is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, play golf in the near Costa ballena golf course, o just as accommodation to use for visits interesting places all around

It is very comfortable for 5 sleeps but if needed, we can supply for two else.

And if you need to connect to the internet , there is a wifi network.

Description

The apartment is perfectly located closed to the beach and supermarkets, shops and the town center. Rota is a small andalusian village closed to cadiz and the recent tourist development " Costa Ballena".

Everything is within walking distance, so Car is not necessary. A perfect holiday for 5 to 7 persons with swimming pool. This accommodation is furnished with all you need to feel as if you were at home.

Rota has a populations of 28000 although it could be nearly 80000 in summer. Situated in the province of Cadiz ( the second province of Costa de la luz ) enjoy warm temperatures, 300 sunny days per year, rarely rains and more than 15 km of white sands beaches.

From the beautiful beach promenade you may see a beautiful sunset while taking in a pleasant walk.

Supermarkets, bars, shops, and restaurants are all around the city so you´ll find everything without having to go very far.

Cadiz is a very nice town which you may visit by ferry that crossed the bay connectinf Cadizn and Rota . This trip just take a few minutes.If you are a golf lover, Costa Ballena is the nearest tourist resort where you can play golf ( 10 km ).
